MAN Fleet Management helps fleet operators to meet their legal requirements for documentation, inspection and servicing of their fleet in line with VOSA Road Worthiness Compliance directives. It also provides greater visibility of driver and vehicle performance to allow improved driver professionalism, fuel economy and road safety, whilst reducing the impact large fleets of vehicles have on the environment.

The secure website records and stores all vehicle's legal documentation for each individual truck e.g. V5, MOT, Road fund license. 

Features include:

	Stores, records and prints all PMI and service documents, plus any other documents as needed.
	System automatically monitors inspection cycles and alerts when documentation is Due, Overdue or Completed, via Email.
	Currently Legal documents, PMI and Service documentation can be scanned to the Trucknology web site by RK Trucks Staff, operators and other authorised parties.
	Now working on PMI and Service inspections being updated via handheld devices, tablets or touch screen computers.
