We are seeking a Service Adviser to join our workshop team as the key link between customers and the workshop.
You will be responsible for greeting customers, managing service enquiries, booking vehicles for servicing, creating job cards, scheduling work, liaising with technicians, keeping customers updated, and preparing accurate invoices with correct records.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a strong customer focus, good IT skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment as part of a team.
Parts Advisor
We are seeking a Parts Adviser to support our workshop and customers by identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct parts, managing stock control, and helping minimise vehicle downtime.
You will be responsible for handling enquiries from technicians and customers, ordering and receiving parts, picking and supplying parts for jobs, carrying out stock checks, and following manufacturer warranty procedures.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, a friendly, professional attitude, good computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
